Final Status:  Ann Lost 15 lbs.
What is your diet or weight loss goal to strive for
in three months?
I want to eat more regularly and healthy--learn to cook
more naturally and better.  Would like to lose at least
10% of my weight in the next 3 months.

How would your best friend describe you?
Per my friend, " There is a smile in your voice when
you talk, loving and generous. Sometimes too nice,
determined when you put your mind on something."

Describe the type of person you aspire to be or
what changes you hope to make in your life.  

I have made some big life changes in the past year
and now it is time to focus on me and my health.  I
want to eat better, have more energy and be more
active.  I would also like to buy clothes that are not in
the "fatlady" section of a store.  :)

What types of exercise do you like doing?
I love doing cardio machines, playing sports, and
swimming. ALso, hiking, biking and walking.

What types of exercise do you NOT like doing?
I am not a big fan of aerobic classes unless they are
in the water and not ran by a drill sargeant.

What is your favorite food or meal to eat?
I love Indian or Thai food...anything hot and spicy is
good...

What is your LEAST favorite food or meal to eat?
I do not like coconut, mushrooms, gravy, raisins, or
anything with the texture of grits/oatmeal...

What snack food (type) do you consider a
weakness to refrain from eating?
I love sugar--cakes, cookies, chocolate and especially
ice cream....
    What do you see when you look in the
    mirror?
    I see the thin, healthy person I used to be screaming
    to get out...
