Month one
The group met with Jeffrey Greenstien for
personal training and building up an
exercise routine.  Sprinting, jumping jacks,
squats, pushups, and sit ups were among
the variety of exercises that the
participants did during their first part of
their journey.  Each week the level of
difficulty was increased to build up the
group's endurance.  The first two weeks
were the most challenging to get through
for some of the participants dealt with sore
muscles

The Participants struck gold in the wealth
of information that the nutrition meetings
included.  Marilyn shared many effective
tips for getting on the right track and to be
realistic with goals.  Portion control and
keeping a food journal were two significant
elements that was a key focus for
participants.  Some participants were
shocked to learn how much they were
eating through out the day.

Month Two
In the second month , the participants worked
with Chris Wheless who taught the group
Pilate's.  A majority of the 12 had never tried
Pilates and it was a refreshing change of
pace.  Pilates really helped get the groups
muscles stretched and challenged their
endurance as the routine progressed into
more advanced levels.  The feeling of
accomplishment started to set in for most, as
some relevant weight loss was achieved by
the dedicated participants who kept up with
their weekly diet and exercise routine.

    The Participants discovered the
many joys of taking care of their
    bodies.Reflexology is a mixture of a
    relaxing atmosphere, appealing
    scents, and the reflexology
    techniques.  Reflexology is much
    different than getting a massage,
focusing on the ears, hands, and
    feet.  The participants enjoyed
    samples from Paula Quick.

Month Three
In the final month , the participants worked
with Karen Helf, who taught the group
yoga.  The participants enjoyed the many
benefits of yoga and it seemed fitting to
concentrate on the body, mind, and soul.
The participants also had some sessions
with Life Coach, Kellie R. Mox Richards.
Once the challenge comes to an end, it is
important for the group to line up future
goals and prepare to continue and
improve their new habits.
