of 12 people who seek to live
an improved healthy
lifestyle.  This documentary
will have its ups and downs
as individuals challenge
themselves to make healthy
diet choices and set up
regular exercise routines.

Each participant will be
keeping an on-line journal
of their daily progress.  
Although their food
journals will be kept
private, they will share
their thoughts on the ups
and downs of their
journey.
The participants will
meet up weekly for group
exercise and to give  each
other moral support.

The personal trainers
will get everyone set up
with an exercise routine.
The Health Challenge hopes
to inspire the participants to
get on a routine  exercise
schedule, to monitor and
control their portion sizes
at meal times, and to never
give up on their goals, for
they are not alone.
