| Each participant will be keeping an on-line journal of their daily progress. Although their food journals will be kept private, they will share their thoughts on the ups and downs of their journey. |

| The participants will meet up weekly for group exercise and to give each other moral support. The personal trainers will get everyone set up with an exercise routine. |

| Each participant will rate themselves on a daily basis using a four star system. * Breakfast * Lunch * Dinner * Exercise Each participant will also keep record of their mood, stress level and hunger level at meal times. |
