How would your best friend describe you?  Fun loving, good natured,
caring(and for some reason, impulsive was thrown in there, when I asked) :-)  

Describe the type of person you aspire to be or what changes you hope
to make in your life.
 I hope to become dedicated to keeping myself healthy.  
Right now I don't make much of an effort to take care of myself, and I would hate
to not be able to turn that around someday.  I want to have a routine that I follow
so that I eat right and exercise long after this program is over.

What do you think thin people may not know about someone who is
dealing with a weight issue?
We're not lazy, or dirty.  For the most part, we
think about our weight issue everyday.  And most of us DO try, sometimes it's
very hard to break old habits.

What types of exercise do you like doing?  I love eliptical trainers, they're
very good for getting a good cardio workout, but without the impact of running
or stair stepping.  I like yoga as well, though I've only tried it through videos.  I
used to run track when I was in high school, but since gaining weight, I find it
very difficult to run--but I would love to get back to it!

What types of exercise do you NOT like doing?  I don't like stairstepping.  It
tends to make my knees hurt and I honestly think it's boring.

How often did you exercise last month?  When I exercise, it tends to be in
sporadic bursts.  I'll stay on track for 2 or 3 days, and then get so busy and tired
that I forget about it.  It's hard to pinpoint how many times I did actually work out,
but I would say not that often.  Obviously not enough to count :-)

What is your favorite food or meal to eat?  Well, since you asked....:-)  I
LOVE macaroni and cheese.  I have a fetish for it, I think.  I love pizza, Mexican
dishes, cheeseburgers, chocolate--everything I shouldn't be eating!

 I hope to be more in shape
in general.  It would be nice
to be able to jog a mile!
